Inspired by the stone lettring that's on the top of Le Silos – Maison du Livre et Affiche, at Chaumont, France.

The starting point was the portuguese expression "Ocupar Abril, Tomar de assalto o mês de Maio", which means - Occupy April, to take by assault the month of May. We wanted April to be more physical and May more sneaky.

This is a typeface we have been designing. We started it based on a few lead character's we got from a printer that was throwing them away.
